I'm assuming that these are 2 points on a line

The slope is (y2-y1)/(x2-x1) so (-19-(-7))/(1-(-2)) so (-19+7)/(1+2)=-12/3 or -4.

Now, we add 4 to -19 to get -15

So: the graph is y=-4x-15
