There is a biological (natural) basis for many attributes. Symmetry— cross cultural studies show that having one side of your body match the other is attractive. This makes sense biologically because your body should be in balance to function properly so it is a sign of physical health.
Also preferences and Social media have skewed society into thinking some things are more appealing than other things.
The reality is that everyone is beautiful and we all need to be kinder to each other.
