Why do you think christianity spread more rapidly in the cities than in the countryside?

Christianity spread more in cities because of the population areas. Also, people in the countryside were more focused on “traditional” ideas rather than accepting new ones.

i think it spread more quickly because cities are more populated and usually every one knows everyone .. in the country , everything is really spaced out and usually off grid so things take longer to travel . Companies are more focused on places that are nearby ..
