the graph crosses y = 4, so y = 4 cannot be asymptote.

y = 3 is since the graph never quite touches it.

as for ∞, we see that as x approaches -∞, y almost reaches 3. but not quite. also, as x approaches +∞, y approaches +∞.

so the last option is the correct answer.
