Now we open the brackets by multiplying the -2 with -3 giving us Positive 6 or just 6. then multiply -2 with -2 which then becomes positive 4 or just 4....

the negatives become positive because of the + plus + = -, and - plus -= +

and then we do 6 plus 4, which equals 10
