Factorising\ f(p):\\\\-4p^(2)-(4p+3p)-3=0\\\\-4p^(2)-4p-3p-3=0\\\\-4p(p+1)-3(p+1)=0\\\\(-4p-3)(p+1)=0\ \ (or)\ -(4p+3)(p+1)=0\\\\\rule{\textwidth}{1}\\\\For\ solutions\ of\ f(p):\\\\\\Either\ 4p+3=0\ or\ p+1=0\\\\\therefore p=((-3)/(4))\ or\ (-1)
