Answer: Chloroplast, Oxygen

Explanation:
Cellular respiration takes place in the mitochondria while Photosynthesis takes place in the chloroplasts because of the light absorbing tools within the chloroplasts, chlorophyll.

Plants need Carbon Dioxide to perform photosynthesis along with water and light. Photosynthesis is the inverse of cellular respiration and so the equation for each would be as follows

Cellular Respiration:
O2 + C6H12O6 —> CO2 + H2O

Photosynthesis:
CO2 + H2O —> O2 + C6H12O6
