Answer:

the slope is the change in y over the change in x. For example, if we had two points, such as; (2,4) and (3,6) The y values are 6 and 4. The x values are 3 and 2. You find the change by subtracting
(6-4)/(3-2) =
(2)/(1) = 2. The slope would be 2.
