The sum of opposite angles of a cyclic quadrilateral is 180°

So

∠J + ∠H = 180°

⇒ 6y + 78° = 180°

⇒ 6y = 180° - 78°

⇒ 6y = 102°

⇒ y = 102°/6

⇒ y = 17°

Similarly for angle x

∠I + ∠G = 180°

⇒ 16x + 14x = 180°

⇒ 30x = 180°

⇒ x = 180°/30

⇒ x = 6°
