The cake took 53 minutes to make plus 1 hour and 7 minutes to bake, so it took a total of 53 + 60 + 7 = 120 minutes to make and bake the cake.
Since Kelsey started making the cake at 12:37 pm, she took the cake out at 12:37 + 120 = 2:37 pm.
So the answer is 2:37pm
