What are three ways that you have positively managed your angry behavior in the past?

1) By taking deep breaths. Instead of projecting my emotions onto others, I calmed myself down by taking deep breaths.

2) Wrote down my thoughts. Instead of saying rude things to whoever, I wrote down my thoughts.

3) Distracted myself. I did something I enjoy to get my mind off the anger.
