An adult's heartbeat is typically slower than a child's because adults' cardiovascular systems have matured and become more efficient, allowing them to pump more blood with each beat. This results in a lower heart rate, which is why an adult's heartbeat is usually slower than a child's.

So i’m thinking the answer might be A!
