A, 2/3
2 divided by 3 = .6667
If you multiply 12 by .6667 you get 8
if you multiply 15 by .6667 you get 15
As u can see, they used 2/3 for scale factor

Answer: A 2/3
Explanation:
2 divided by 3 = .6667
If you multiply 12 by .6667 you get 8
if you multiply 15 by .6667 you get 15
As you can see they used 2/3 as the scale factor to go from 12x15 to 8x10
