Answer:

Explanation:

What fraction of shirts did Diana sell on Monday and Tuesday?

1/5 sold on Monday

3/12 sold on Tuesday

Total shirts sold = 1/5 + 3/12

LCM = 60

1*12/5*12 = 12/60

3*5/12*5 = 15/60

12/60 + 15/60 = 27/60

Simplified as 9/30 , 3/10

So 3/10 of the total shirts were sold on Monday and Tuesday by Diana.

What fraction of shirts did Diana not sell on Monday and Tuesday?

Fraction of shirts sold on Monday and Tuesday = 3/10

Fraction of shirts not sold = 10/10 - 3/10 = 7/10

Hence, a fraction of 7/10 shirts were not sold by Diana on Monday and Tuesday.
