The two Amendments to the U.S. Constitution that extended voting rights in the United States were the 15th, and 19th Amendments. The 15th Amendment limited the government’s power to deny voting rights to people based on the factors of race, ethnicity, culture, color, etc. The 19th Amendment granted female citizens voting rights. Both of these Amendments to the U.S. was influential in the extension of voting rights and were steps taken to create a more egalitarian and politically justified society.
