3q + 2/3
Explanation:
3r - 6 = 9q - 4
Add 6 to both sides
3r = 9q - 4 + 6
Add -4 and 6 to get 2
3r = 9q + 2
Divide both sides by 3
3r/3= 9q+3 / 3
Division undoes multiplication
r = 9q + 2 / 3
r = 3q + 2/3
