These are the two poles of the Earth:

  • North Pole (polo norte)
  • South Pole (polo sur)

The North Pole is located in the Arctic Ocean, and the South Pole is located in the Antarctica.

In Spanish, they are called polos geográficos (polo norte and polo sur).

These are the four cardinal points:

  • North (norte)
  • South (sur)
  • East (este)
  • West (oeste)

These four cardinal points are separated by ninety degrees. There's also northeast, southeast, southwest, and northwest between eachother.

In Spanish, they are called puntos cardinales (norte, sur, este and oeste).
