HELP PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!!!

You read in the newspaper about a country that just held elections. The people voted for new representatives in their lawmaking branch of government. The members of this branch are busy meeting to discuss who will be the new prime minister. Only they, and not the voters, have a say in who will have this position. The new prime minister is part of the lawmaking branch and answers to it.

Which system of government does this represent?
