The graph is concave up over the intervals (−1.6,0) and (0.8,1.2).

I can see that the graph is concave up between the points where it changes from increasing to decreasing and vice versa. These points are called inflection points. The inflection points of the graph are at (−1.6,0) and (0.8,1.2).
