\cfrac{x}{56}=\cfrac{18+x}{21+56}\implies \cfrac{x}{56}=\cfrac{18+x}{77}\implies 77x=1008+56x \\\\\\ 21x=1008\implies x=\cfrac{1008}{21}\implies x=48
