Number 8 is 46 and number 9 is 55. Explanation: 23/50 = ?/100 so first we do 50 divide 100 =2 then we multiply 23x2=46 then 11/20 = ?/100 we do 100 divide 20 and it equals 5 then we multiply the 11x5 and we get 55! Hope this helps :)!
