start by finding slope
M= 0+b/c-0
M=b/c
and then add that to y=mx+b
Y=b/c+b
finally finding b by plugging in one of the points into x and y.

Answer:

Explanation:

start by finding slope

M= 0+b/c-0

M=b/c

and then add that to y=mx+b

Y=b/c+b

finally finding b by plugging in one of the points into x and y

-b=b

B=-1

Thus the equation would be y=b/c-1
