A chess club plans to sell water to raise $425 and they already have 175, if they sell water bottles for 8$ each, at least how many bottles do they need to sell in order raise enough money? Which inequality represents this?

Answer:

32 water bottles

Explanation:

8x=425-175

425-175=250

250 is how much more they need.

8x=250

x=31.25

You can't have half of a bottle... so round up to at least 32 water bottles
