Jesse rides his bike to school on most days. The school is 4.5 miles from his house. If it takes him 13.5 minutes to ride to school, what is his rate per mile?

Use the formula r = d/t.For example: Your rate is 24 miles divided by 2 hours, so: r = 24 miles ÷ 2 hours = 12 miles per hour. So basically devide 4.5 to 13.5
