Buhi Supply Co. is providing Reynolds Research with lists of their (1) employees, (2) materials suppliers, (3) customers who signed up for their rewards program, and (4) customers who contacted their customer service department. To increase the sample list amount, ReynoldsResearch will also supplement these lists with (5) their client database. All totaled, the combined lists include 12,538 records.To assure the sample size of 1,680 is achieved, all 12,538 contacts with email addresses on file will be sent to the online survey link.
