Biting your nails, pulling your hairs out, walking backwards, not wanting to move, breathing fast, twitching(small movements), face being red (hot), incomplete sentences ( J-Just Lee-ave, pl-please...) and sweaty palms.

How could you write that you were nervous without writing "I was nervous"? Be descriptive.
