Answer:

(4 – x) – 2(– 5x + 3) = 9x−2

Explanation:

=4+−x+(−2)(−5x)+(−2)(3)

=4+−x+10x+−6

second step

=4+−x+10x+−6

=(−x+10x)+(4+−6)

=9x−2
