slope of -2/3

Explanation:

set y = to 0 to find x intercept

2x + 3(0) = 36

2x = 36

x = 18

set x = to 0 to find y intercept

2(0) + 3y = 36

3y = 36

y = 12

to find slope rearrange equation

3y = -2x + 36

divide whole equation by 3

y = -2/3x + 12

slope of -2/3
