sin ( Φ - pi/2) = - cos Φ <===== ( a trig identity)

sec Φ = 1 / cosΦ

-7.3 = 1 / cos Φ

cos Φ = 1 /-7.3

sooo : - cosΦ = 1/7.3

sin (Φ- pi/2) = 1/7.3 = .136986
