Is Raymonds run third or first person view? How do you know? Do you think the story would have been different if it was in a different viewpoint?

Answer:

First person, I know this because in the passage it has key words such as I, my, I'm, I'll.

The story would be diffrent because in the passage it talks about how the person feels, and how they think. If the point of view would change you wouldn't see all the key details to the story and how the character see's things and the story wouldn't make no sense.
