Answer: 29

Reason: The values 14 and 15 are in regions I and II respectively.

Region I is in set A, but outside set B.

Region II is in both sets A and B at the same time (this is the intersection of sets A and B).

Adding up the values found in these regions will get us the number of elements in set A.

14+15 = 29 items inside set A
