if u add all the ages together including the extra 33 you get 271. if u divided this by 11 you get 24.636...

The correct answer is B. The mean would increase in value to about 27.1
If another age of 33 is added to the data, the new mean would be (17 + 17 + 18 + 19 + 22 + 23 + 25 + 27 + 32 + 38 + 33) / 11 = 27.1.
