the contrasting are that squares have all equal sides while a rectangle has opposite sides that are equal . They are both right angles . they are both quadrilaterals . Diagonals of a square are the perpendicular bisector of each other . Diagonals of a rectangle are not perpendicular bisector of each other . that’s all i know . hope this helps .
