What are the tubes in plants that carry water and nutrients?

Answer:

if I remember correctly, they are called Xylem's. They are thick and strong so that they are then able to carry the water and nutrients throughout the plant so it can thrive.

I do not know how to pronounce that thought. it's kind of difficult for me TwT
