This is pretty easy too

the equation for a line is: y = mx + b, where m is the slope and b is the y intercept

y = 2/3x + b, where we need to find b

substituting the point we are given:

-2 = 2/3(-3) + b

-2 = -2 + b

0 = b

so our line is simply:
