Germany’s submarine attacks, the Zimmerman note between Germany and Mexico, and the sinking of the Lusitania are all domestic forces that pushed the united states into ww1

if you had to pick one though, i would go with the Zimmerman note. Germany sent the note to Mexico asking to join forces and invade the United States, which urged the United States to get involved.
