What happens to the body if it does not have enough fluid needed to function normally?

Mild dehydration can cause headache, fatigue, thirst, dry skin, sunken eyes, and concentrated urine. Moderate to severe dehydration can cause tiredness, confusion, muscle cramping, poor kidney function, little-to-no urine production, and fast heart rate. I hope this helps ;)
