Draw a solid circle if it says >_
or just an outline of a circle if it says >

Draw the solid or outline circle on the number it says.

For instance, in number 1 it says
“7 >_ r”

Draw a solid circle (since its >_) on the number 7.

Then draw an arrow to the left of 7 going all the way to zero because 7 is greater than r and we are graphing r.

Explanation:

Easy, circle the number, then if it is greater than the variable, draw an arrow from the circle to the left. If it is lesser, draw it to the right. If there is a line under the arrow, the circle has to be filled in, otherwise, leave the circle hollow.
