Do you think all the bisexual flowers reproduce through selfpollination even if the anthers lie above the stigma?

Yes all the bisexual flowers can reproduce through self pollination even if the another lie above the stigma .

Bisexual flowers contain both male and female reproductive organ in the same flower. Hence, pollen can either land on the stigma of the same flower (self pollination) or can also land on the stigma of another flower (cross pollination).
