diameter = 4 so radius =2

open up the cylinder so its top & bottom circle's circumference = 2πr =4π

top & bottom circle's area = πr² = 4π each, 8π for both

total surface = 28π

so lateral surface = 28π - 8π = 20π

so 20π = 4π* height

so height is 5
