Having to fight two fronts. Also there was control of the ocean that the Entente Powers of France,England and Italy enjoyed.

Answer:

the central powers had the disadvantage of being geographically spread out and having a longer line of communication and supply. their enemies, the allies, were much more concentrated and better able to quickly transfer troops and supplies to different fronts. this gave the allies a distinct advantage in terms of logistics and coordination.
