Answer: Circumference = 31.4

Explanation:
Circumference can be found by:
C = 2radius * 3.14
C = diameter * 3.14

We already have the radius so we can substitute it into C = 2radius * 3.14
C = 2(5) * 3.14
C = 10 * 3.14
