Because of BODMAS:
63ab/7a
=63*a*(b/7)*a
=63a²(b/7)
=9a²b
So the answer is no.

Let's say a=2 and b=3
63*2*3/7*2
=9(2)²(3)
=108
This result can be checked on a calculator.
