75-6 = 69 trees
69/3 = 23
75/3 = 25
69/75 = 23/25 = 0,92 =
92% are under 30 feet tall

Total number of trees in the park = 75
Number of trees that are at least 30 feet tall = 6
Then
Number of tress that are less than 30 feet tall = 75 - 6
= 69
So
Percentage of trees that are less than 30 feet tall = (69/75) * 100
= (69 * 4)/3
= 276/3
= 92 percent
So the percentage of trees that are below 30 feet is 92%. I hope the procedure is clear enough for you to understand.
