The answer is letter D.

Older people generally have poor balance. This is a result of the slow deterioration of the body as it ages. Generally older people lose some of their sensory systems like hearing and seeing and this greatly affects coordination and balance which results to different accidents. Falls in older people usually result to a dislocated hip joint or a broken back. It is always important to guide and monitor our elders in performing daily tasks so as to prevent untoward incidents from happening.
