MINERALS

Most important is sleep at least 8-9 Hours of sleep a day.

Three aspects of well-being which are important for overall health are proper nutrition, proper exercise and plenty of rest. All three of these things need to be accounted for in one's daily routine in order for him or her to achieve optimal health. This is something many people neglect.
