We have an equation: ?/75= 64/100
Cross multiply:
100*?= 75*64
⇒ ?= 75*64/100= 48
64% of 75 is 48

you can find what 1% is of 75 by dividing 75 by 100 in a calculator, which is .75
Next you can do .75*64, which is 48.
