Why are leaves green?

They contain chlorophyll, which reflects wavelengths of light in the green range. Why? Look below to find out!


It actually absorbs the red and blue wavelengths, so you know it's not A or B, while it reflects the green :D This is why you'll see the green color - Because it's reflected!
