m = (y_(2) - y_(1))/(x_(2) - x_(1)) = (1 - 11)/(-2 - 3) = (-10)/(-5) = 2

y - y₁ = m(x - x₁)
y - 11 = 2(x - 3)
y - 11 = 2(x) - 2(3)
y - 11 = 2x - 6
+ 11 + 11
y = 2x + 5
