The answer is fatty acid.

Fatty acids are monomers of lipids. Fatty acids are not found in RNA.

By weight, almonds are about 50% fat. Of this fat, 90% consists of mono and polyunsaturated fatty acids. The main fatty acids in almonds are oleic acid and the omega-6 fatty acid linoleic acid.

Almonds are high in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats which have been linked to reduced risk of heart disease. However about 10 - 15% of the fat in almonds isn't absorbed by the body.
